Mina Namvari is a Principal Investigator at Sabanci University Nanotechnology Research and Application Center, Istanbul, Turkey. She has worked at Dong-A University in South Korea, Palacky University in the Czech Republic, and Shenzhen University in China. She has published in top-tier journals such as Advanced Functional Materials, 2D Materials, etc., and is a topic editor at Frontiers in Chemistry. While acting as the PI for GRAPH-OCD (FLAGERA) to develop graphene-based hydrogels for improving cell integration in osteochondral repair, she is involved in a TUBITAK 1001 (223M269) project to develop Efficient Hydrogen/Vanadium flow batteries enhanced by MXene, nitrogen-doped carbon nanomaterials and COST Action CA22123 to develop MXene-polymer composites for electromagnetic interference shielding applications. Her research interests focus on developing graphene- and MXene-based nanocomposites for energy storage and biomedical applications.
