Dr. Mina
Namvari
Dr. Mina Namvari is a principal investigator at SUNUM and a skilled nanomaterials chemist with extensive expertise in organic synthesis, the synthesis and surface modification of 2D materials specifically graphene oxide and MXene, and the development of graphene- and MXene-based nanocomposites for application in tissue engineering and energy storage. She also has industrial experience in fabrication of self-cleaning superhydrophobic surfaces for a South Korean paint company, highlighting her ability to bridge academic research and practical applications. Dr. Namvari is the PI of the 223N171 FLAG-ERA JTC2023 project and is involved in three additional funded projects: 223M269 TUBITAK 1001, 223M347 COST Action CA22123, and CETP-2023-00278.
