Redress Procedure
All applicants are entitled to request a redress procedure during the evaluation and selection process if the applicant believes that a mistake has been made during the selection process that may affect the outcome of the eligibility check or evaluation.
The request for redress must be addressed to [email protected] within 10 days upon reception of the results of the eligibility check, the assessment process, or the interview.
The redress procedure will look at procedural shortcomings and possible errors, it is not intended to object or to challenge the scientific or technical opinion of adequately qualified experts.
All requests for redress will be reviewed within 5 working days by the Core Management Committee.
