Prof. Kemal
Baysal

Prof. Dr. Kemal Baysal obtained his MD degree at İstanbul University, İstanbul Medical Faculty in 1985. He received his PhD degree from Ohio State University in biochemistry and continued his post-doctoral studies in different universities in the USA. Currently, he is a professor of biochemistry at Koç University, School of Medicine. His area of research is vascular biology, cardiovascular diseases, angiogenesis and its role in tissue engineering.
